Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR/Talent with global, diverse workforce
• Strategic thinker who can balance execution
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action
• Experience coaching leaders and managing sensitive employee matters
• Professional services/consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to service lines and geographies
• Deliver people programs and initiatives across a global workforce
• Lead core HR programs: org design, performance reviews, promotions, development, retention
• Plan workforce, capability, and succession with leaders
• Advise on complex employee relations and workplace investigations
• Use data to identify trends, assess risk, and drive actions
• Build management capability through coaching, tools, and training
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, RM, and others
• Advise on compensation decisions in partnership with Compensation
• Support growth, transformation, and change communications
• Maintain HR transactions and compliance in systems like Workday
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes using tech and AI
• Understand business drivers shaping talent needs
