Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with firm leaders, design and deliver people programs, and provide strategic direction in a global, client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities include performance management, retention, talent reviews, workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives, with collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and other teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience in a global environment.
Experience supporting a diverse and international workforce.
Client-service oriented, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic HR partner to leaders across service lines and geographies.
Deliver people programs and initiatives with a client-service mindset.
Lead core HR programs: organization design, performance management, talent reviews, development planning, retention, employee relations, and change initiatives.
Partner on workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
Advise on compensation and recognition in collaboration with the Compensation team.
Ensure compliance, policy development, and HR transactions in HR systems.
