Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with firm leaders across geographies, delivering people-related programs and strategic guidance aligned with Riveron’s culture and DE&I commitments.

The HRBP will manage high-touch people experiences, performance management, retention practices, and talent programs while collaborating with HR specialists and leadership to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/talent experience in a global, culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and influencing skills across a matrixed organization.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven improvements (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to dedicated service lines and geographies, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
• Deliver people programs and initiatives with a client-service mindset across a global workforce.
• Lead core HR programs: organization design, performance management, talent reviews, development planning, retention, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and leadership pipelines.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations with sound judgment.
• Use data and engagement insights to identify trends and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support organizational growth, transformation, and change communication.
