Job summary

• 6+ years HR/talent experience with a global, diverse workforce.
• Strong collaboration across a matrix organization.
• Experience delivering performance management, retention, and talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to designated service lines and geographies.
• Deliver people programs with a client-service mindset across a global workforce.
• Lead core HR programs: organization design, performance reviews, development planning, retention, employee relations, compliance, change initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, capability, and succession planning.
• Advise on complex employee relations cases and investigations with judgment and documentation.
• Utilize people data and engagement insights to identify trends and actions.
