• Prepare HR reports such as attendance, new hire and turnover reports.
• Complete required paperwork for HRIS processing and related data matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding and background checks.
• Schedule meetings and interviews; coordinate recruiting events.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee events.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees; maintain confidentiality.
