Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an HR Business Leader to partner with COEs and business leaders, delivering high-touch HR support to employees and managers on key processes. You’ll resolve complex issues, coach leaders, and drive talent programs while ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience.

The role is onsite three days per week, requires deep HR know-how, and demands collaboration across global teams to align HR initiatives with business strategy.

Qualifications

• This role will need to influence both COE and People Services leaders.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships with partners at various levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with managers, build a positive employee environment that emphasizes Intuitive’s culture, core values, and expectations.
• Provide day to day for large groups while providing the right level of support at the right time.
• Actively partner with People Services team to deliver on cyclical processes and support business needs.
• Act as a liaison between client groups and the employee relations and people services teams to resolve cases and identify areas of opportunity.
• Service as connection point to COEs to customize solutions and programs.
• Act as project lead for delivery of recurring HR services and core process.
