Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an experienced HR Partner in Sunnyvale to collaborate with COEs and HR leaders to deliver high-touch HR services locally and globally. You will support business leaders and employees, resolve complex issues, and drive talent initiatives across value streams.

You will provide coaching to senior management, lead HR programs like merit and performance reviews, and build manager capability through structured training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources working in a Commercial environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role.
• 8+ years of experience in an HR and/or COE role – working knowledge required to apply COE interventions
• 5+ years of experience working in a global and distributed work environment
• Experience working in a shared service environment, preferred
• Experience with project management
• Experience with organization transformation and integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or HR-related field desired
• SHRM certification a plus, not required
• Knowledge of labor and compliance related laws based on geography
• Locally relevant language, as required by geography

Responsibilities

• Partner with COEs and HRBLs to tailor solutions and programs to business needs.
• Deliver recurring HR services and core processes, e.g., performance reviews and talent planning.
• Coach senior management to drive a high-performance culture.
• Build manager capability through coaching and training programs across regions.
• Provide guidance on HR and talent programs and ensure consistent employee experience.
• Monitor HR programs and escalate feedback to COEs and People Services teams.
• Lead HR projects in recruiting, performance management, and policy development.
• Leverage data dashboards to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Act as local face of HR for locations with large employee populations.
• Collaborate to deliver services globally using defined processes.
