Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Leader (HRBL) to partner with COEs and business leaders, delivering high-touch HR support across locations. This client-facing role will resolve complex talent issues and drive strategic HR programs locally and globally.

You will coach senior managers, lead recurring HR services, and build managerial capability through targeted training. This onsite role emphasizes culture, confidentiality, and a data-driven approach to people strategies.

Qualifications

• Role requires 12+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role.
• 8+ years in an HR and/or COE role with COE interventions.
• 5+ years in global and distributed work environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or HR-related field desired; SHRM a plus not required.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive employee environment aligned with Intuitive's culture, values, and leadership expectations.
• Partner with People Services to deliver cyclical HR processes and business needs.
• Act as liaison between client groups and HR teams to elevate cases and provide effective solutions.
• Lead the delivery of recurring HR services and core processes (e.g., performance management, goal setting).
• Coach senior management to drive a high-performance culture and build manager capability through training.
• Provide guidance on HR & talent programs such as merit, performance reviews, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure a sustainable, consistent employee experience aligned with HR strategy and EVP.
