Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider, seeks an HR Business Partner in Mountain View, CA for a hybrid role. You will partner with the senior leadership to translate strategy into talent decisions, diagnose needs, set priorities, and lead talent initiatives. This is a 7-month contract.

Responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, designing org options to reduce layers, leading change management, and coaching senior leaders for stronger leadership-team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience working with executives.
• Ability to diagnose and build leadership teams at a senior level.

In this role, you will be a partner to the senior leadership team and help translate their strategy into talent and organizational decisions. You will diagnose needs, set priorities, and lead initiatives that enable their employees to do their best work.
