Job summary

Surefox North America Inc seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a designated client program from our Sunnyvale, CA office. You will partner with program leadership to recruit, retain and develop the workforce, drive HR programs, and improve HR service delivery across the US and international locations.

The role requires an in-office presence, 5 years of HR generalist experience, CA employment law knowledge, and a strong coaching mindset to influence leaders and ensure

Qualifications

• 5 years of HR generalist experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (CA preferred).
• Ability to handle confidential material ethically and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding/offboarding lifecycle and new hire documentation.
• Advise and coach program leaders on HR practices and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policy compliance.
• Support payroll and benefits processes during off-boarding.
