Job summary

Surefox North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on-site at our Sunnyvale, CA office. The HRBP will partner with program leadership to recruit, retain, and develop a US-wide workforce, support HR programs, and improve processes across the company.

The role requires 5 years of HR generalist experience, knowledge of labor laws (CA preferred), and proven ability to manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS tasks while coaching leaders on HR practices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HR generalist experience in a high-volume environment
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws (CA preferred)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Workday, or equivalent HRIS

Responsibilities

• Work in-office at Sunnyvale, CA, Monday to Friday
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and retention assessments
• Coach and train management on HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records
• Assist payroll on final pay and benefits questions
• Administer and support HR events and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide benefits guidance and HR program support
