Job summary

Sysco, a leading global foodservice distributor, seeks a Manager of Global HR Reporting to drive analytics strategy and reporting. You will partner with HR leaders and IT to gather requirements, standardize dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights for talent acquisition, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in Workday reporting, data visualization, and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a Reporting & Analytics leadership position.
2+ years of Workday reporting experience.
Experience building and delivering complex communication plans across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing global initiatives and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own and lead execution of Sysco’s HR analytics and reporting strategy in partnership with HR Leaders and IT.
Partner with key stakeholders to assess requirements and standardize HR reporting while allowing necessary flexibility.
Gather and analyze data to deliver actionable workforce insights.
Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis of HR data from Workday.
Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership and stakeholders.
