Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Reporting & Analytics leadership role.
• Experience with Workday reporting and HR systems.
• Ability to lead global initiatives and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR analytics strategy and roadmap in partnership with HR Leaders and IT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis of HR data from Workday.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and drive process improvements.
