Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, HR Analytics and Reporting to strengthen the organization’s HR analytics and reporting capabilities across 60+ countries. You will focus on Workday reporting and HR data structures, while expanding skills in Power BI, automation, and cross‑platform data governance.

You will work hands‑on in Workday, dashboards, data quality, and enablement, partnering with HR, IT, and regional teams to deliver scalable, trusted workforce insights globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HRIS, HR analytics, BI, or enterprise reporting.
• Hands-on reporting in an HCM/HR system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Workday dashboards, or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience with data governance and security in HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting logic for compensation, workforce processes, and HR operations.
• Build scalable reporting solutions to improve access to trusted HR data.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, IT, Finance, vendors, and regional teams to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Support governance, standards, documentation, and enablement of HR analytics across the organization.
