The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience supporting US clients, with proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce a plus. This is a full-time onsite role with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience supporting US clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for US, India, Philippines, and other locations.
• Maintain employment records for hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
• Interpret HR policies, laws, and standards for the organization.
• Prepare, validate and run payroll including taxes and expenses.
