Job summary

Noise Consulting Group is seeking a self-motivated HR Analyst to support our global operations (US, India, Philippines). The role includes payroll processing, policy interpretation, and HR record maintenance, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR Support for all Noise Consulting Group's company operations - US, India, Philippines and other worldwide locations as the company expands.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Prepare, validate and run Payroll - pay, state and federal taxes, expenses, bonus', etc.
  • Weekly and Monthly validation of timesheets and invoices.
  • Work with Vendors on contracts and invoices.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update human resource documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives that support the brand, culture and philosophy.
  • Provides administrative support on all personnel matters
  • Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, etc.
  • Assist with on/off boarding of employees including scheduling and conducting of new hire employee orientation
  • Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks
  • Assists with processing of terminations and preparation of annual employee performance review forms.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by management. Performs clerical, admin functions.
  • Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, as needed - identify and source candidates through internal and external channels, including continuous review of resumes, networking, cold calling, reaching out to passive candidates, to ensure hiring managers are provided with a pool of highly qualified talent.
  • Select qualified job applicants and/or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
Required Skills:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, IT, HR or equivalent experience required.
  • Must have knowledge of labor laws in India and US.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with US clients
  • Minimum 3 years experience HR roles
  • Strong process driven individual.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills. Logical thinker.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, multi task and identify creative solutions in an ever changing environment.
  • Proficient computer skills with MS, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic ambassador of the company.
  • Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and learn on your own
Night Shift:

Must be able to work US Eastern Time Zone (EST) Hours - Work shift will be 7pm - 4am IST
