Talution Group is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to run People Operations across the company. You will own payroll, multi-state compliance, core HR systems, and employee data, ensuring accurate records, timely processes, and scalable workflows that support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HR experience, preferably in a SaaS company or independent HR role.
• Payroll and multi-state compliance ownership in a growing organization.
• Strong HR operations fundamentals and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with unemployment and sales tax across multiple states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve HR systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Manage payroll end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and organized records for leadership pull.
• Standardize onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes to prevent gaps.
• Be the primary contact for employee questions and rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain the employee handbook and develop year-round policy training.
