Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the GHSD Foreign Assistance Hub by designing and funding foreign assistance programs, improving processes, and crafting automation tools. The role emphasizes collaboration with U.S. embassies and GHSD offices, building dashboards, and delivering actionable guidance.

The position requires a public administration background, strong project management, and the ability to navigate federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years in project management, program design, or process improvement.
• Experience with federal assistance, grants management, or DoS processes is desirable.
• Experience coordinating international programs and embassies is desirable.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, chatbots, SharePoint) desirable.
• Strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and job aids to support program delivery.
• Create improvement plans to accelerate design and grantmaking timelines.
• Track progress with trackers and management tools across GHSD initiatives.
• Develop leadership dashboards and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Draft approval documents, briefing materials, and training resources.
• Prepare quarterly reports highlighting improvements and results.
