Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a global Security Solutions Architecture leader to build and guide a brand-new security function. You will shape the technical strategy, playbooks, and field-ready positioning while personally engaging on top opportunities and partnering with the VP of Security Sales.

You’ll hire, ramp, and mentor a global team, drive enablement, and align with Product and Engineering to ensure repeatable, defensible outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise infrastructure/security/data protection
• Experience leading a technical architect or sales-engineering team
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps from field input

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Security Solutions Architecture team across AMER, EMEA, APJ
• Own the technical methodology and playbook for the Security motion
• Engage on largest, highest-risk opportunities with VP of Security Sales
• Represent field technical experience to Product and Engineering
• Build career path, enablement, and capacity planning for the team
• Maintain executive-level partner relationships and contribute to strategic planning
