The role partners with business line leaders, commercial teams, operations, product management, R&D, and project execution; requires 20% travel domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years in process engineering in water, wastewater, or bio-solids.
- 7+ years leading engineering teams.
- Proven ability delivering technically rigorous, commercially aligned solutions.
- Deep expertise across municipal and industrial water markets.
- Strong business acumen and leadership.
- PE license or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute process engineering strategy for NORAM growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing process engineering team.
- Establish engineering standards, quality controls, governance.
- Provide technical oversight for water, wastewater, bio-solids design.
- Drive innovation in design, modeling, automation, digital tools.
- Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio decisions.
