Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, including water and wastewater treatment.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or multidisciplinary technical organizations.
• Advanced degree and PE license are preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the NORAM process engineering function.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing process engineering organization.
• Establish engineering standards, methodologies, and quality controls.
• Align engineering outcomes with commercial, operational, and market needs.
