Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Sr. Director Projects to lead a team of senior engineers in water and wastewater. You will drive creative and sustainable solutions for diverse global clients, coordinating design reviews and mentoring regional engineers to achieve ambitious targets.

You will work with the Global Process Engineering group to set strategy, review designs, provide technical guidance, and support growth initiatives across business units worldwide.

Qualifications

• Broad leadership and ownership of process engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater chemistry and systems.
• Experience leading complex design reviews and projects.
• Proven ability to mentor regional engineers and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional process engineers and coordinate workload globally.
• Own integrated process design reviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and transfer knowledge across regions.
