Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of Product Sales, Payouts, to own the global GTM strategy for Payouts and to lead a high-performing international team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align product roadmaps with market needs and drive revenue growth through innovative payout solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology sales experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or money movement.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling global teams that consistently deliver against ambitious goals.
• Experience bringing new products to market and building repeatable go‑to‑market motions.
• A builder’s mindset with ability to drive immediate results while establishing foundations for long-term growth.
• Deep understanding of payments, payouts, treasury, or financial infrastructure and the complex funds flows that support global businesses.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with executives and customers at all levels.
• Ability to explain complex technical, operational, and financial concepts in clear language.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global go-to-market strategy for Payouts.
• Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing global team responsible for adoption and revenue targets across Payouts portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align GTM strategy and roadmap with customer needs.
• Establish Stripe as a strategic partner for businesses moving money to recipients.
• Operate in a matrixed organization to deliver shared customer and revenue goals.
• Translate market feedback into actionable product strategy and execution.
• Scale Payouts to be the fastest-growing part of Money Management.
• Leverage AI capabilities to build and launch tools that improve processes and drive growth.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a global team across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Coach for consultative, solution-oriented sales skills across the sales cycle.
