Stripe is seeking a Head of Product Sales, Payouts to own the global go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across all payout offerings. You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, and translate market needs into compelling Stripe solutions.

Ideal candidates have deep payments knowledge, executive communication skills, and a track record of scaling complex go-to-market motions in a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology sales experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or money movement.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling global teams that consistently deliver against ambitious goals.
• Experience bringing new products to market and building repeatable go-to-market motions.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the global go-to-market strategy for Payouts.
• Recruit, lead, and manage a global team delivering adoption and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align GTM with customer needs.
• Translate market feedback into actionable product strategy and execution.
• Develop repeatable sales motions for platforms, marketplaces, and enterprises.
