Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a Global Head CS Alliance Marketing to design and drive complex, integrated solution offerings with major global companies. You will lead strategic partner relationships, prioritize ecosystem partners, and integrate partners into business initiatives to steer market direction.

You will oversee partner training, sales support, and co-delivered marketing programs to generate demand and incremental revenue. The role also manages MDF and mentors staff while shaping strategy.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs and drives complex, integrated solution offerings based on internal products/services and external partner offerings for major global companies.
• Leads development and nurtures strategic relationships with key partners, including business, technology, and channel partners.
• Leads identification and prioritization of key ecosystem partners to drive alignment with product/services offerings.
• Strategizes partner network and integrates partners into strategic business initiatives to drive market direction.
• Oversees training and sales support and helps develop and deliver sales education programs for channel and partner sales forces.
• Oversees creation and execution of marketing programs with partners, driving demand and incremental revenue.
• Manages and optimizes partner MDF, including tracking availability, utilization and compliance, and proposing new MDF-based initiatives.
• Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve complex problems.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, ensuring realization of operational and strategic plans.
