The role will drive a scalable learning ecosystem, partner with executives, and oversee internal and external delivery and vendor management. The position requires a strong foundation in HR/education, 12+ years of leadership, and a track record of transforming learning programs across complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/OD or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR/learning leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise learning strategies and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy.
• Oversee internal and external learning delivery.
• Lead vendor governance, performance and contracts.
• Establish governance, metrics, and ROI for learning.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Drive digital enablement and continuous improvement.
