The role requires 12+ years in HR/learning leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of transforming learning at scale within complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years in learning, talent development or HR leadership roles with senior responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning strategies and large scale operations.
• Proven expertise in learning vendor strategy, governance and performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess learning impact.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead vendor strategy, governance, performance management and contract oversight.
• Establish learning governance, standards, metrics and ROI reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement in learning.
• Lead and develop high-performing learning and vendor teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data privacy and regulatory standards.
