The role influences learning delivery across the organization, partners with executives, and guides regulatory-compliant programs while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• 12+ years in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles with senior responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide learning strategies and large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with priorities and workforce needs.
• Oversee learning delivery models including internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead vendor strategy, governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
• Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting for ROI.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Drive innovation and digital enablement across learning solutions.
• Lead and develop high-performing learning and vendor teams.
