Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Director for Learning, Performance, and Inclusion to lead enterprise-level learning strategy and vendor management. This position is critical for developing a high-impact learning ecosystem that aligns with business transformation.

The Sr. Director, Learning, Performance, and Inclusion provides enterprise-level leadership for learning strategy, delivery, and external vendor management at DePuy Synthes. This role is responsible for building a scalable, high-impact learning ecosystem that supports leadership development, workforce capability, and business transformation.

Anticipated base pay range: $178,000.00 – $307,050.00.
