TEAM - The Evangelical Alliance Mission is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead the People Development and Care and L&D teams, designing strategic programs to enhance leadership effectiveness and drive organizational change. This role champions adult learning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive L&D experience with global leadership.
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using learning analytics.
• Excellent leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set global L&D strategy and priorities aligned with TEAM goals.
• Integrate learning across the Human Resource Life Cycle (onboarding to retirement).
• Partner with regional L&D leads to localize and scale programs.
• Develop training pathways and competency models for staff growth.
• Provide governance, tools, and budget oversight to regional teams.
• Sponsor coaching and mentoring; foster a coaching culture.
• Measure program impact using data analytics and KPIs.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR, Spiritual Formation, and regional leadership.
