Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom in Lansdowne, VA seeks the Senior Director of Talent Development to design and lead our enterprise-wide learning ecosystem. You’ll own onboarding through leadership development, build scalable programs, and champion a mission-driven culture focused on Christ-centered excellence.

You will partner with senior leadership, establish metrics, manage the LMS, and guide succession planning while shaping a vibrant, servant-leadership culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and curriculum development.
• Proven experience designing and leading leadership development programs and succession planning at the enterprise level.
• Experience managing an LMS and leveraging learning technology to scale training programs.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences from entry-level to C-suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to translate concepts into compelling learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent development strategy aligned with mission and objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce capability, learning culture and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure ROI of learning initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design for blended learning, modular content, and eLearning.
