Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Development to design, execute, and optimize an enterprise-wide talent development ecosystem. You will own onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning, ensuring employees grow in alignment with our mission and values.

You will lead instructional design across modalities, implement data-driven programs, and manage LMS governance with senior leaders, HR, and ministry teams to strengthen culture and capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent development or organizational learning with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and curriculum development.
• Experience designing leadership development programs and enterprise succession planning.
• Experience managing an LMS and scaling training programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent development strategy aligned with mission and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design across modalities (ADDIE/SAM).
• Lead leadership development programs and coaching engagements.
• Design and implement enterprise succession planning and talent reviews.
• Oversee LMS administration, governance, dashboards, and vendor relationships.
