Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure and platform services. You will oversee cloud, networking, identity, endpoint management, and server platforms, driving secure, reliable, and cost-efficient operations.

Lead a team of professionals, manage budgets, and translate technology plans into measurable outcomes while ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12+ years infrastructure leadership experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Proven delivery of complex infrastructure projects within budget and governance.
• Broad technical knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, security, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives, operating procedures, and priorities aligned with IT strategy.
• Lead delivery of cloud, networking, data center, identity, and endpoint services.
• Oversee architecture reviews, risk management, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams across regions with clear ownership.
• Ensure compliance with security controls, governance, and change processes.
