Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead and improve our global infrastructure and platform services. You will manage cloud, network, identity, endpoint, and data center operations, ensuring security, reliability and alignment with business goals.

Lead a team of senior professionals and, where applicable, subordinate managers, delivering major projects and driving continuous improvements in operations, governance, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's, or 8 years with a Master's, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability delivering complex infrastructure projects within budget and governance.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, security, server platforms, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental objectives, procedures, and priorities in line with IT strategy.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center and hosting services, identity platforms, endpoint management, collaboration infrastructure, and server services.
• Plan and deliver cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure rationalization.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance requirements are met across infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization; enable run-the-sun delivery and cross-region collaboration.
