Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
12 years infra experience with Bachelor's, 8 years with Master's or equivalent.
Experience leading a department or multiple disciplines.
Broad technical knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, security, servers, and IT operations.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and cost optimization.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and platforms (Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Request, Access).

Responsibilities

Lead global infrastructure and platform services ensuring secure, reliable operations.
Plan and deliver cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and hosting reductions.
Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational health metrics; manage budgets and resources.
Collaborate with Security, Architecture, application teams, and suppliers to align strategy.
