Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking an experienced Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud, and security operations. You will drive delivery across networking, identity, endpoint management, and data centers while aligning with governance and security requirements.

The role requires extensive senior IT leadership experience, budget management, and the ability to translate technology plans into measurable outcomes for a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8+ years with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines with teams and budgets.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, security, servers, and IT operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain risks to senior management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Define departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, and priorities aligned with IT strategy.
• Lead delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center, identity platforms, endpoint management, and server services.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines with clear ownership and consistent operating practices.
• Plan cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure rationalization.
• Ensure compliance with security controls, risk management, and governance requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.
