Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead the global infrastructure and platform services. The role oversees cloud, networking, identity, and endpoint platforms, ensuring secure, reliable operations aligned with business and compliance needs.

You will manage budgets, supplier relationships, and cross‑regional teams while driving strategic modernization, risk reduction, and service improvements across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years infrastructure experience with Bachelor's, or 8+ years with a Master's.
• Experience leading a department across multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and operational improvements.
• Broad knowledge of networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, security, servers, and IT operations.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and cost optimization.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental leadership for global infrastructure and platform services.
• Manage delivery of cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Oversee enterprise network services, security, and identity platforms.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security controls, and risk management.
• Lead budget, suppliers, and cost management for the department.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and global teams.
