Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure and platform services. You will oversee cloud, data center, identity, and security operations, ensuring secure, reliable delivery aligned with business and compliance requirements.

The role combines people leadership with broad technical depth, resolving complex issues and delivering major infrastructure projects. Strong governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years infra experience, or 8 with a Master's degree.
• Experience managing a department and multiple disciplines.
• Broad knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, security, and IT ops.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Translate roadmaps into operational plans and resource assignments.
• Oversee secure delivery of network, cloud, data center, and identity services.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and risk; implement improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budget, suppliers, and governance.
