Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure delivery and continuous improvement across cloud, networking, identity, and endpoint services. You will guide architecture alignment with security controls, manage budgets, and drive critical modernization initiatives.

The role requires broad technical knowledge and strong people leadership to resolve complex operational issues and deliver large infrastructure projects in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience (8 years with a Master's).
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure department and budget, setting objectives and priorities.
• Plan and deliver cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure rationalization.
• Oversee enterprise networking, data centers, hosting, identity platforms, endpoint management, and security services.
• Coordinate cross-discipline workstreams, ensure clear ownership, and enforce changes.
• Monitor service health, SLAs, risk, and lifecycle management with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, application teams, and stakeholders to drive improvements.
