Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms in the United States. You will provide global operational leadership for infrastructure and platform services, including cloud, networking, identity, endpoint management, and security.

You will manage budgets, drive improvements, and align with security/compliance requirements while coordinating across regional teams. You will translate technology plans into actionable roadmaps, oversee migrations and upgrades, and work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 12+ years infrastructure experience with degree, or 8+ years with Master's.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and improvements.
• Broad knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, infrastructure security, servers and IT operations.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Request, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental leadership, planning, and alignment with IT strategy and policies.
• Oversee infrastructure service delivery: networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, and servers.
• Plan cloud migrations, upgrades, and hosting rationalization in Azure/AWS.
• Review designs for standards, security controls, and operational readiness.
• Lead cross‑regional teams, ensuring consistent practices and ownership.
• Govern budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization efforts.
• Engage with Security, Architecture, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure ITSM compliance and successful change governance across teams.
