Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant infrastructure leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage department budgets, suppliers, contracts, and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for global infrastructure and platform services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, identity services, endpoint management, and server platforms.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance with business and governance requirements.
• Lead KPI and SLA planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Oversee cross-disciplinary teams and drive major infrastructure projects to completion.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, application teams, and partners.
