Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure operations, including cloud, networking, identity services, and endpoint management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent.
• Significant experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced technical professionals and subordinate managers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and operational improvements within approved strategy, budget, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, delivery priorities, and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Translate infrastructure roadmaps into operational plans, resource assignments, schedules, and measurable outcomes.
• Make implementation decisions and elevate matters requiring enterprise direction.
• Provide recommendations to senior IT leadership regarding infrastructure architecture, risk, and investments.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center services, identity platforms, endpoint management, and server services.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, performance, and incident response; implement corrective actions.
• Manage budget, suppliers, contracts, and cost-optimization activities.
• Lead and develop infrastructure professionals across regions and, where applicable, subordinate managers.
