Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure and platform services. You will oversee cloud, data centers, networking, identity services, endpoint management, and related operations, aligning delivery with security, compliance, and business priorities.

You will manage a multi-region team, drive roadmaps, manage budgets and suppliers, and ensure resilient, secure services that enable Cubic's technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's, or 8+ years with a Master's.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and operational improvements.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes and platforms (Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, etc.).
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Translate approved roadmaps into operational plans, resource assignments, schedules, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage delivery of networking, cloud infrastructure, data center and hosting services, identity platforms, endpoint management, and server services.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, performance, supportability, and lifecycle risk; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budget, supplier relationships, and governance to optimize cost and service quality.
