Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure and platform services. You will oversee cloud, data center, networking, identity, and endpoint management while ensuring security, reliability, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role requires broad technical knowledge, strategic planning, and strong people leadership to deliver major infrastructure projects and improved operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least 8–12 years of infrastructure experience, with leadership roles.
• Experience leading a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, security, server platforms, and IT operations.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of enterprise networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, and server services.
• Set departmental objectives, roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and governance.
• Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
• Oversee risk, performance, and continuous service improvement efforts.
