The role leads global Professional Relations & Operations for Orthopedics, driving the HCP engagement lifecycle from needs assessment to transfer-of-value reporting and delivering a unified system landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & governance: define global strategy, operating model, governance for HCP engagements; manage roadmap, budget, metrics.
• HCP engagement lifecycle: NA end-to-end workflow from needs assessment to invoicing and reporting.
• Educational Grants & Charitable Contributions: oversee grants and contributions; ensure compliance.
• Systems & Data Strategy: lead global systems portfolio; prioritize roadmaps and analytics.
• Global Standardization & Regional Enablement: harmonize processes, templates, SLAs, training.
• Separation & Transition - Regulatory: Day-1 readiness for Orthopedics separation; oversee launch.
• Operations Delivery & Vendor Management: oversee service delivery, contracting, vendor performance.
• Compliance & Risk: ensure sunshine/transfer-of-value reporting, anti-bribery, privacy.
