Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Relations and Operations for DePuy Synthes to lead global HCP engagement and education programs. The role requires steering contracts, invoicing, and transfer-of-value reporting across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM with a focus on compliant, scalable processes.

The candidate will guide a multi-region team, partner with Legal/Compliance, and drive a unified system landscape including CLM, event management, and education data lakes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in professional relations, HCP engagement operations, or similar roles in MedTech/life sciences.
• Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization across regions.
• Strong ownership of enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration).
• Experience with global rollouts and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions, with roadmap, budget, and metrics.
• Oversee NA end-to-end HCP engagement workflow from needs assessment to post-engagement reporting.
• Lead Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflows with compliance controls.
• Drive global systems portfolio strategy for engagement systems, registrations, and data lakes.
• Standardize processes, templates, SLAs, and training while enabling regional localization.
• Manage separation/transition planning for Day-1 readiness and ongoing operations.
• Oversee vendor selection, SOWs, performance, and customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with sunshines, data privacy, and anti-bribery requirements.
