Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Relations and Operations to lead Global Professional Relations & Operations for Orthopedics. Location options include West Chester PA, Raynham MA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, or Warsaw IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• 10+ years in professional relations, HCP engagement operations, commercial operations, or similar roles in MedTech/life sciences or another regulated industry.
• Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM.
• Strong ownership of enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration) and experience with global rollouts.
• Demonstrated success running complex workflows spanning contracting, invoicing/payment, and regulatory reporting.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams and inspiring change at scale.
• Travel: up to 25% (domestic and international) will be required.
• Experience with platforms such as Cvent, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sirion, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define the global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions; own roadmap, budget, and critical metrics.
• Partner with Legal to define global standards and playbooks for needs assessment, contracting, fee-for-service engagements, invoicing/payment, educational grants, charitable contributions, and transfer-of-value reporting.
• North America end-to-end HCP engagement workflow management: needs assessment, service requests, contracting, onboarding, delivery, invoicing, payment, and post-engagement reporting.
• Ensure clear legal/compliance handoffs and controls for contracting and transfers of value.
• Lead North America Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflow end-to-end.
• Lead the global systems portfolio strategy (HCP engagement systems/portals, registration, data lakes).
• Prioritize roadmaps, integrations, data models, and vendor relationships for one global operating model.
• Define and deliver metrics, dashboards, and analytics for effectiveness, compliance, and reporting.
• Lead standardization and regional enablement; harmonize processes, templates, SLAs, and training with localization.
• Define Day-1 requirements for Orthopedics separation and lead launch to stand up teams and technology.
• Oversee global service delivery strategy and vendor management across regions.
• Ensure compliance with sunshine/transfer-of-value reporting and data privacy; support audits.
• Build and lead a global governance structure and partner with senior leaders.
• Travel: up to 25%.
