The role requires strategic leadership of Educational Grants, regulatory compliance, and data strategy, with up to 25% travel and strong vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Experience leading global, multi‑region programs with standardized processes.
• Proven ownership of enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration).
• Strong communication, prioritization, and program delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions.
• Lead NA end‑to‑end HCP engagement workflow: needs assessment, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting.
• Oversee Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflows and ensure compliance.
• Manage global systems portfolio strategy for engagement systems, data lakes, and analytics.
