Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Insurance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate risk and claims management.
• Proven leadership experience managing risk management teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management program and report to executive leadership.
• Develop risk governance frameworks, policies, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee insurance programs, renewals, broker relationships, and captive insurance arrangements.
• Manage claims, investigations, settlements, and reserve management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to strengthen risk oversight.
• Prepare Board-level risk presentations and drive risk mitigation initiatives.
