Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or compliance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within real estate or property management.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, insurance markets, liability exposure, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk strategy and identify exposures across operations, finances, legal, and properties.
• Oversee insurance coverage, renewals, claims resolution, and broker relationships.
• Collaborate with property operations, legal counsel, and executives on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Guide property inspections, incident response, internal policies, and company-wide risk education.
• Evaluate emerging risks and develop practical solutions to protect assets and support business objectives.
